AL-TAWHEED SERVICES
Al Tawheed Masjid offers Quran classes for individuals of all ages and backgrounds, ensuring that everyone, regardless of age or gender, has the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the Holy Quran. These classes are designed to cater to both beginners and those seeking advanced knowledge, with a focus on proper recitation (Tajweed), memorization (Hifz), and the meanings of the Quran. The mosque creates an inclusive and welcoming environment, where men, women, and children can learn at their own pace. With dedicated teachers and flexible schedules, Al Tawheed Masjid fosters a love for the Quran and empowers the community to strengthen their connection with their faith.
Al Tawheed Masjid provides a peaceful and respectful setting for both Nikkah and Aqeeqa ceremonies, offering an ideal location for families to celebrate these important life events in accordance with Islamic traditions. For Nikkah ceremonies, the mosque facilitates all aspects of the marriage process, from the formal contract to the witness statements, ensuring the event is conducted with the utmost respect for religious practices. The mosque also hosts Aqeeqa celebrations, where families can mark the birth of a child with a special ceremony that includes the offering of sacrifices, prayers, and blessings for the newborn. These occasions are held in a warm, welcoming environment, allowing family and friends to come together to celebrate, while also receiving guidance and support from the mosque’s staff. Whether for a wedding or the birth of a child, Al Tawheed Masjid provides a meaningful and spiritual setting for these significant milestones.
Al Tawheed Masjid is deeply committed to providing comprehensive Islamic education for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. The mosque offers a range of educational programs designed to enhance understanding of Islamic teachings, including classes on Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), Hadith (sayings of the Prophet Muhammad), Aqeedah (Islamic theology), and Seerah (biography of the Prophet). These programs are taught by qualified instructors who are dedicated to nurturing a strong foundation in Islamic knowledge, fostering both spiritual growth and personal development. The mosque also offers specialized courses for children, focusing on Quranic studies, moral values, and Arabic language skills. Al Tawheed Masjid strives to create an enriching learning environment, where community members can deepen their faith and build a strong connection with Islam.

HADITH OF THE WEEK
Ali (R.A) said: *The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me, “Shall I not teach you some words that, if you say them, you will be forgiven, even though you are already forgiven? {La ilaha illallah al-Halim al-Karim. La ilaha illallah al-Ali al-Azim. Subhanallah Rabbi -s-samawati as-sab’i wa Rabbi al-arsh al-azim. Alhamdu lillahi Rabbi-l-alamin} There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Generous. There is no god but Allah, the Most High, the Great. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.”*
_(It is very beneficial to recite these specific phrases for forgiveness and seeking Allah’s mercy.)

CURRENT ACTIVITIES & EVENTS

EMPOWERING YOUNG MINDS - BOXING AT AL-TAWHEED
Boxing training at Al-Tawheed Masjid offers children a positive outlet to develop discipline, confidence, and resilience.
The classes are run every Sunday evening. Through structured coaching, with our Professional Trainer, Brother Waseem, kids learn essential skills like self-control, respect, and perseverance, all within a safe and supportive environment rooted in community values.
This program not only promotes physical fitness and healthy habits but also empowers young people with the tools to manage stress, build self-esteem, and stay focused on positive goals, helping them grow into strong, responsible members of society.

NEW ISLAMIC HIJRI YEAR 1447H
As we welcome the new Islamic Hijri year, let us come together as a community to reflect deeply on the profound lessons of the Hijrah—the historic migration of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) from Makkah to Madinah. This journey was not just a physical relocation, but a powerful demonstration of resilience in the face of hardship, unity in times of challenge, and unwavering faith in Allah’s plan. It reminds us that true success comes when we stand together with patience, courage, and trust in Allah.
This new year is an opportunity for us all—young and old—to renew our commitment to supporting one another with kindness and compassion, strengthening our bonds as a community, and deepening our connection with Allah through prayer, reflection, and good deeds. Let us make a conscious effort to set positive intentions for the year ahead: to forgive where we can, to lend a helping hand to those in need, and to encourage our families and children to grow in their understanding and practice of Islam.
May we strive to embody the values of compassion, justice, and humility in our daily lives, and may our community become a shining example of unity and faith for others. As we step into this new year, let us ask Allah to bless our efforts, guide our hearts, and grant us strength and wisdom to overcome challenges and spread goodness wherever we go. Ameen.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Volunteers from Al Tawheed Masjid will be organizing a local community street clean-up exercise to help improve the environment and foster a spirit of cooperation within the neighbourhood. On the scheduled day, volunteers will gather with cleaning supplies such as trash bags, gloves, and recycling bins to clear streets, parks, and public spaces of litter. This initiative aims not only to beautify the area but also to raise awareness about the importance of keeping the community clean and promoting environmental responsibility. By actively participating, the volunteers will demonstrate their commitment to making a positive impact on the local environment and strengthening community bonds.
SUPPORT AL-TAHWEED
Al Tawheed Masjid has long served as a spiritual and community center, offering essential religious and educational services. With a growing congregation and expanding programs, the mosque now faces serious space limitations. Due to the constraints of the historic building, expansion isn’t possible—so we plan to build a much-needed outbuilding in the garden for prayer, classes, and community events.
To bring this vision to life, we seek your generous support. Your donation—big or small—will help create space for worship, learning, and togetherness, benefiting current and future generations. May Allah reward you for supporting the growth of Al Tawheed Masjid.
